As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your venue, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial results, and a highly engaged team culture. You will lead from the front, setting the tone for professionalism, energy, and guest focus every day.
Where you’ll make an impactOversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless, premium service
Lead, train and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
Drive service standards aligned with refined à la carte and premium dining expectations
Manage rosters, labour costs and productivity in line with budgets
Monitor stock control, ordering and cost management
Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling feedback with professionalism and care
Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety and health and safety standards
Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve financial and operational targets
Foster a positive, motivated team culture focused on excellence
You are a confident hospitality leader with a strong background in managing premium or high-volume restaurants. You understand sequence of service, team development, and the importance of consistency in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
To be successful, you will have:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior leader in a premium dining environment
Strong financial acumen including labour, COGS and cost control
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach with a strong presence on the floor
Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
