Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position and maintain neat appearance.;
Guarantee food safety, quality and accuracy of orders and resolve customer complaints quickly.;
Oversee cash control, inventory and labor; assist with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.;
Provide regular feedback and training to Team Members and handle conflicts to achieve resolution.
