Varsity is the biggest student sporting events of the year. A full day of competition, celebration, and campus pride, bringing thousands of students together. To help deliver an unforgettable experience, we’re recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, high-energy individuals to join our Varsity Food & Beverage team.

If you thrive in a buzzing atmosphere and love working with people, this is your chance to be right at the heart of the action. Whether you’re serving food, pouring pints, or keeping the atmosphere electric, you’ll help make Varsity a standout event.

• Serving food and drinks across our Varsity venues
• Keeping service areas stocked, clean, and running smoothly
• Maintaining a welcoming, energetic front-of-house environment
• Working as part of a large, supportive events team
• Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
• Representing the SU with pride throughout the event

While bar/catering experience is a plus, it’s not essential. We value great communication, a positive attitude, and a passion for people. If you bring those, we’ll teach you the rest!

• A fast-paced, high-footfall environment
• Being on your feet for extended periods
• A lively, energetic atmosphere from start to finish
• After party in The Tub until the early hours
• Must be available on Wednesday 15
  
  April for a minimum of 5 hours
• Shift ranges from 5–10 hours
• Shifts start as early as 09:00 and can finish as late as 04:00 the next day.
