Compensation

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour

• Hourly rate equal or exceed required minimum wage at location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums up to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
• Multiple premiums may apply if criteria met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
