Customer Account Manager – Trade & Showroom

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play an integral role within our showroom where you will offer product support and design solutions for our stunning front‑of‑wall bathroom products. In addition to serving customers in the showroom, you will also assist our loyal trade customers on the trade counter.

Permanent full‑time role operating at our Hamilton Branch offering 40 hours a week. Working Monday‑Friday + rostered Saturdays.

• Ensure that our customers—trades, businesses and homeowners—are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service
• Maximise bathroom sales and promote exclusive product offers
• Keep up to date with the latest plumbing / bathroom trends and inspire customers with a winning in‑store experience
• Communicate with suppliers on customer specifications
• Assist customers at our Trade Counter and support other departments within the branch, as a team member
• Be a key internal point of contact for our commercial and home‑building customers

• Proven experience in a customer service and/or retail sales environment
• Proven experience in the trade industry
• Passion for design or creative flair to assist customers with tailored solutions and ideas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build rapport with valued customers
• A motivated, self‑driven worker who can work proactively, independently and within a team
• Confidence with computers and ability to learn new systems (training provided)
• Proactive and able to think on your feet and problem‑solve
• Plumbing industry product knowledge would be beneficial
