We’re looking for confident Bar Experience Associates to deliver fast, polished, and engaging bar service. This role focuses on quality drinks, strong guest interaction, upselling, and maintaining a premium bar atmosphere.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and soft drinks to a high standard
• Engage guests confidently at the bar and on the floor
• Recommend cocktails, upgrades, and pairings
• Upsell drinks naturally and consistently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually strong bar area
• Work closely with management to keep service flowing
• Take part in social media content such as short videos or photos during service when required

• Confident, outgoing, and well presented
• Comfortable upselling and engaging guests
• Able to work well under pressure
• Reliable and proactive
• Happy to be featured in social media content
• Bar experience preferred but not essential
