  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and cross‑functional team members to understand requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and sign off on releases.
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing for new and existing features.
  • Ensure adequate test coverage for every feature and product release.
  • Perform end‑to‑end testing activities including functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.

  • Perform root cause analysis on reported issues and track defects through their full lifecycle.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce and debug issues throughout the development cycle.
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright (Type Script).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable automation code following best practices.
  • Participate in sprint standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and best practices within the team.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven experience executing functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and executing test cases and test plans.
  • Strong ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot software defects.
  • Experience testing web and mobile applications.

  • Practical experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to spotting defects, edge cases, and risks.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive improvements.
  • Adaptable and able to adjust quickly to changing tools, technologies, and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with automated testing (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure Dev Ops.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
