Studio Lead Pilates Instructor – Hydro Health Club | Seamill Hydro Hotel

20–24 hours per week

Hydro Health Club at Seamill Hydro Hotel is preparing to launch Phase 2 of its transformation — a boutique Reformer Pilates studio designed for small‑group, high‑quality training.

With a strong membership base of over, this is a rare opportunity to lead one of the area’s first premium reformer studios, with equipment never before seen in Scotland and help shape its success from day one.

This role goes beyond teaching. We are looking for a confident, experienced instructor to take ownership of the studio, set exceptional standards, and create an outstanding member experience.

• Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the reformer studio
• Deliver safe, progressive, and engaging classes
• Build strong member relationships and support new clients
• Help maximise class occupancy
  
  Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and equipment care
• Support the future growth of the instructor team

• Fully qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor
• Level 3 Pilates qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum, further qualification advantageous
• Experience delivering group reformer classes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Senior or lead instructor experience
• Boutique or premium studio background
• Specialist training (rehab, pre/post‑natal, sports performance)
