Part-Time | 6–10 hours per week (Flexible)
Hydro Health Club at Seamill Hydro Hotel is preparing to launch Phase 2 of its transformation, a boutique Reformer Pilates studio designed for small-group, high-quality training.
This flexible role is perfect for an experienced instructor seeking additional hours, or a talented professional looking to work within a premium studio environment while maintaining other commitments.
As part of our Pilates team, you will support the Studio Lead and wider instructor team by delivering outstanding classes, covering sessions when needed, and helping maintain the exceptional standards our members expect.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality reformer classes
- Confidently cover classes across the timetable when required
- Create a welcoming and supportive experience for members
- Adapt teaching to suit varying abilities
- Maintain excellent studio presentation and professionalism
- Uphold all health & safety procedures and equipment standards
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Fully qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor
- Level 3 Pilates qualification (or equivalent) minimum
- Experience delivering group reformer classes
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with in a boutique or premium studio
- Comfortable stepping into classes at short notice
- Additional specialist training (rehabilitation, pre/post-natal, sports performance)
