Service is booming and We are looking for an Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our fast growing team. We need technicians from light duty to heavy engine and transmission. The more motivation, experience, Ford training the higher the pay options.
We will train the right candidate
Automotive Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Check vehicles to ensure compliance with state inspection requirements
- Perform routine automotive maintenance, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Identify pre-existing and potential vehicle malfunctions
- Inform customers about promotional products and services
- Keep accurate records of completed and outstanding jobs
- Consistently meet deadlines for completed work
Automotive Technician Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a Automotive Tech or Mechanic role
- Ford Certified is a plus
- Vocational or postsecondary program completion preferred
- ASE Certification preferred, but not required
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a related role
- Extensive experience with various hand tools preferred
