Current nanny of 3 year highly recommends her role with Greek family based in Athens who seek experienced, English mother tongue Nanny/Governess for school aged children 8 and 4. Family are now looking for someone equally warm, engaging and professional to join their informal, fully staffed home.

Working Monday to Friday, 2.30pm–8.30pm, the Nanny/Governess will provide a mixture of sole and shared care, taking responsibility for the girls’ after-school routine. Should the Nanny wish to work additional hours, the family are flexible to do so to increase earning potential.

This is very much a Nanny/Governess position, with the emphasis on engaging with the girls, supporting their education and English language development, encouraging good manners and behaviour, organising age-appropriate activities and outings, and ensuring their afternoons are both fun and productive. The family would particularly welcome a degree-educated candidate.

There is no cooking, laundry or housekeeping required; the position is solely focused on the children. The household is fully staffed, including drivers, therefore no driving is required.

European travel is required and, as some holidays may involve time at sea, good sea legs essential!

Excellent live-in accommodation is provided with own bedroom and bathroom. Separate and private apartment also available if better suited to the candidate. The family can arrange a work visa for the successful candidate if they do not hold a European passport.

For an exceptional candidate, the family would also be open to considering a rota arrangement.

ASAP start. Salary negotiable starting from £1400pwn based on current listed hours and depending on experience.
