Technical Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and relationship-focused Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple open positions while serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent for a variety of technical and professional roles, including engineering, project management, account management, and other specialized positions.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and excels at communication, organization, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 20-25 active job requisitions at a time.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical and professional positions.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interview progression.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Schedule interviews and manage recruiting-related administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Communicate frequently with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process.
  • Support college recruiting initiatives, including co-op and internship programs.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably recruiting for technical roles.
  • Experience supporting hiring efforts for positions such as engineers, project managers, account managers, or similar professional roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience with campus recruiting, co-op programs, or internship hiring.
  • Experience attending and representing an organization at career fairs and recruiting events.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
