DC Systems Analyst

At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we are looking for a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Specialist to maintain system functionality during operations. The role involves ensuring hardware and software are operational, supporting system enhancements, maintaining style files related to hazardous materials and other distribution characteristics, and providing WMS training to distribution center team members. The position requires availability during off‑hours seven days a week and maintenance of all computer equipment related to the WMS system.

• Maintenance of WMS system hardware and software
• System enhancement support through user testing and system parameter definition

• Providing WMS system training to distribution center team members

Position requires availability during off‑hours seven days a week. Responsible for maintaining all computer equipment, both hardware and software, pertaining to the WMS system. Position involves maintaining locations and all system parameters in conjunction with the distribution operations. Provide support for system enhancements. (i.e., user testing, defining parameters to WMS system.) Maintain style files in relation to hazardous material and other distribution characteristics.

(i.e., cube weight, pilfer‑able, stackable.) Perform WMS system training to distribution center team members.

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Distribution/Transportation.
• Minimum education:
  
  High School Diploma, preferred Associates Degree in Business Management or Information Technology.
• System maintenance and programming experience.
• Ability to work in warehouse environment which includes heat, cold, noise and dust.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift and sit for up to 8 hours a day.
• Ability to work on powered equipment when needed.

Pay range: starting from $58,000.00.
