Job Description

Income, Perks, and Benefits:

• Manager training salary is $50K - $70K
• Our general manager comp plan is base salary plus bonuses, with most veteran managers earning more than $100K
• 5 weeks paid vacation once placed as a GM

Schedule:

• No Late Nights! (work 9am-7pm)
• Rotate between Sunday/Wednesdays off or Tuesday/Wednesdays off

Job Description:

This position trains to assume a general retail store manager position. Our general managers create a fun environment where our customers get a better price and better service than they would at a big box store. They oversee a retail showroom with 4 to 6 sales specialists and observes their interactions with customers while coaching and developing the team. They further drive sales by:

• Overseeing local marketing initiatives
• Developing strategies to meet KPI goals
• Ensuring the team completes trainings
• Working with facilities teams to maintain the building
• Managing inventory procedures

Advancement Opportunities Further Explained:

We’re expanding throughout Colorado, into Wyoming, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, which has created more GM positions to fill, we need to develop more district sales managers from our GM pool, and promote more of our field staff into corporate office positions to support this growth. Our builder sales and property management sales divisions are also expanding and we also promote their sales management from our GM pool.
