Aerotek is seeking Forge Helper for 1st and 3rd shifts in Cleveland, OH. The role supports furnace operations, loads and cuts steel parts, and inspects parts with precision tools. Training may start on 1st shift; contract-to-hire with a structured benefits package and sign-on bonus.
The position offers a $21.00–$30.00 hourly pay range, weekly pay, overtime at time-and-a-half, and a comprehensive benefits package after initial eligibility. Equipment handling and safety are emphasized.
