As a Night Shift RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care, 24/7. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient's condition, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns
- Serve as a leader and role model, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to facility policies and regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of patient care and satisfaction
