Mandel Jewish Day School - Beachwood, OH 10-Month Position;
No summer work and all school holidays off

Mandel JDS is Cleveland's only community Jewish day school, offering a vibrant and supportive learning environment for students in early childhood thorough 8th grade.

The School Nurse/Caregiver supports the daily health, safety and wellbeing of students in our private school community. This role proves direct care, manages student health needs, and offers compassionate support throughout the school day. This role is well-suited for a retiree or an individual seeking meaningful work that aligns with the traditional school day hours.

• Student Care
  - Provide first aid, routine care and emergency response.
• Medication Support
  - Administer medications and follow health plans.
• Health Documentation
  - Maintain accurate records, immunization compliance and incident reports.
• Family Communication
  - Notify parents/guardians of injuries, illness or follow-up needs.
• Caregiver Duties
  - Offer comfort and assistance to younger students
• Safety & Compliance
  - Support school health protocols and emergency procedures.

• LPN or experienced caregiver with relevant certifications.
• CPR/AED and first aid certification.
• Experience working with children in clinical or school settings.
• Strong communication, organization and confidentiality practices.
• Valid work authorization paperwork.
