Role: Landscaping Crew Member / Driver

• General Labor: $17 per hour
• Driver Positions: $18.50 per hour

• Approximately 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Schedule may vary depending on workload and weather conditions
• Overtime available when needed

• Housing available
• Approximate housing cost: $90 per week
• Local transportation available
• Initial travel assistance available for qualifying candidates

• Perform general landscaping and lawn-maintenance duties
• Assist with mowing, trimming, and maintaining outdoor areas
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting landscaping equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow supervisor instructions and workplace-safety procedures
• Perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• Previous landscaping experience preferred
• Lawn-cutting experience is highly valued
• Experience driving trucks with trailers preferred
• Experience operating skid loaders, Dingoes, or wheel loaders is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License required for driver positions
• English is not strictly required
• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor
• Standard background check required
• Black work pants required
