Preferred- Current Home Inspector License (Ohio and/or Kentucky)
- Previous residential inspection experience
- Commercial inspection experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer and mobile technology skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to access roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other accessible areas
- Newly licensed inspectors
- Individuals actively pursuing licensing
- Candidates with construction, engineering, trades, insurance adjusting, municipal inspection, architecture, or related experience
