United Dairy Farmers - 4041 Turkeyfoot Road - Responsibilities:
Manage, train and coach other associates including assigning/monitoring performance and coaching on The Hi Five Guest Experience;
Perform screening interviews with applicants;
Maintain the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure store is prepared for guests;
Oversee store operations including ordering, delivery reports, and paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor;
Ensure proper dipside preparation and maintain cash handling and POS/gas console operations
