Client Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Client Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on building relationships with customers, providing product information, and helping new clients enroll in services through face to face interactions at retail locations and promotional events.

As a Client Representative, you will play a key role in customer acquisition, account support, and representing our client’s brand with professionalism. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop skills in sales, client relations, and account management while working in a dynamic team environment.

• Meet with customers in retail environments and at local events to introduce available services
• Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions that match their lifestyle or business needs
• Assist new customers through the enrollment and activation process
• Maintain accurate client account information using Salesforce CRM
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up support after enrollment
• Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and team development workshops
• Work toward individual and team performance goals while building long term client relationships

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism with clients
