To strengthen our B2B presence, we are hiring a Corporate Training Business Development Officer who will focus on enterprise sales, corporate tie-ups, and training partnerships
.

• Identify and pursue new corporate clients for customized training solutions.
• Build long-term partnerships with HR, L&D, and CXO-level decision-makers.
• Pitch and present workforce upskilling programs, workshops, and certifications
  .
• Collaborate with internal teams to design corporate training proposals.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B revenue targets.

• Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or B2B partnerships
  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand workforce training needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with corporate training industry, EdTech, or IT services sales
  .
• Result-driven with the ability to work under targets.
