Are you someone who enjoys helping others, staying alert, and creating a safe, welcoming environment? Join our team as a Uniformed Unarmed Security Associate, where you’ll play a key role in protecting our people, property, and customer experience.

As a Uniformed Unarmed Security Associate, you’ll be a visible and reassuring presence throughout the property. You’ll patrol designated areas, monitor activity, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay alert, and handle situations calmly will help foster a secure atmosphere that supports a positive shopping experience and protects company assets.

• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Assist customers and employees by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Observe and quickly report suspicious activity or incidents
• Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards
• Support management, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed
• Serve as a friendly, professional presence for customers and employees
• De-escalate minor conflicts with calm authority
• Follow chain‑of‑command when reporting

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods

• Previous experience in security, customer service, or law enforcement
• Basic First Aid & CPR certification
• Familiarity with security equipment and safety procedures

• Strong attention to detail and observational awareness
• Clear, friendly, and confident communication
• Reliability, integrity, and a customer‑focused mindset
• Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency response basics (preferred)
• Ability to handle situations calmly and respectfully

• Competitive starting pay at $18.50/hr
• Increase to $20/hr after 90 days with excellent attendance and performance
