Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work under supervision to install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, and other product systems in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Test systems to ensure proper functioning and identify issues.
- Follow up with required repairs to ensure all components are functioning correctly and meet compliance standards.
- Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
- Perform startup on air conditioning systems as needed.
- Fabricate and install ducts and duct fittings as required.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED (experience may be substituted).
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computing skills and ability to use a computer, laptop, or tablet.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required.
- HVAC trade school certification.
- Prior HVAC installation experience.
- E&P (EPA) Certification.

- Travel by vehicle to and from work locations.
- Regular exposure to construction environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials, and odors.
- Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
- Drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle or forklift.
- Lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Climb, bend at the waist, crawl, kneel, crouch, and work at heights, including ladders and stairways, with appropriate fall protection.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE): hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, masks/respirators, reflective safety vests, gloves, safety toe, construction‑grade work boots.
- Stand, walk, or sit for long periods.
- Hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds to operate phones or other equipment safely.
- Have natural or corrected vision for close, distance, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception.
- Enter text or data into a handheld device or computer using a traditional keyboard or 10‑key numeric keypad.
- Use arms and hands to reach overhead, signal, grab, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull objects and tools.
