Compensation :
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $28.77 to $35.96 with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $28.77 to $43.15
.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
This position may also be eligible for shift differentials, overtime pay, or other forms of additional compensation, in accordance with applicable Company policies and law.
Schedule :
Wednesday through Saturday from 1:00pm to 11:30pm
(Hours subject to change depending on business needs)

The Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or GED, technical degree or trade school certificate preferred.
- 1 year of related experience and / or training in industrial maintenance, automated conveyor systems, material handling equipment or equivalent.
- Exposure to high voltage electrical systems.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds routinely.
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
Your Mission in Motion:
A summary of the key responsibilities for this role is outlined below. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business and operational needs.
- Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly,
responding in a timely manner to all material handling systems breakdowns. - Maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance to conveyor systems.
- Change and repair parts of conveyor systems, as well as rebuild and align equipment, gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts.
- Use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform housekeeping duties including work area clean-up, conveyor and equipment clean-up, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Conduct daily inspections of machinery for potential problems.
- From time to time, you may be called in after hours to ensure material handling and conveyor systems are working at optimum capacity.
- Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
