Job Description

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Hold a valid Ohio SLP License and Educator Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Committed to collaborative practice and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and district guidelines
