Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist

BJ's Wholesale Club seeks a Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate, efficient inventory operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment. You will maintain stock levels, perform cycle counts, reconcile variances, and support shipping/receiving to keep product flowing for our members. Partner with operations and merchandising teams to investigate discrepancies, update inventory records, and uphold safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and RF scanners
• Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and variances
• Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and replenishment teams to ensure product availability
• Monitor stock levels, rotation, and locations to optimize warehouse space
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and documentation
• Follow and promote safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse
• Support process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and productivity
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements related to inventory
• Collaborate with operations and merchandising teams to meet member demand and service goals
