CPA Or CPA-Candidate — Audit & Tax

A well-established and growing public accounting firm in Independence, OH is seeking a multi-talented accounting professional with experience in both audit and tax. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Perform audits, reviews, and compilations for a variety of clients
• Maintain strong client relationships through communication and support
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
• Stay current on accounting regulations and tax law changes
• Collaborate with partners and team members on client strategies

Qualifications:

• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in public accounting
• Proficiency in both audit/attest and tax preparation
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally
