Description:

Cosentino’s Sunfresh #448 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utility Clerk to support various operational needs across all shifts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and customer service skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Utility Clerk is expected to perform clerical works, administrative functions, and provide administrative support while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Handle invoicing and assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed, demonstrating office supply management skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook for effective communication and scheduling.
  • Assist with coordinating and filing documents, ensuring proper organization.
  • Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by providing general administrative support.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of data entry and record-keeping practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with administrative functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a retail or grocery environment.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with scheduling.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
