LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a law firm who is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership. This individual will play a critical role in managing daily operations, ensuring efficient coordination of executive priorities, and serving as a trusted partner across internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and executive communications
* Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Plan and execute meetings, offsites, and company events, including logistics and vendor coordination
* Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
* Monitor and support special projects, ensuring deadlines and key deliverables are met
* Maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative workflows to improve efficiency
* Assist with front office responsibilities such as answering calls, greeting visitors, and creating a professional environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
* Experience with in the Legal Industry is preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tools like Concur, Workday, or similar is a plus
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
