About the Role:
Join Arnold Family Eye Care as a Front Desk / Optometric Technician, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer patient inquiries.
- Support the optometry team with administrative tasks as needed -- including insurance verifications, answering phones, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk or healthcare role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities (ACCURACY IS A MUST)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
