Rosewood Receptionist (PRN) - Join Our Team at The Groves Rehab and Healthcare Center!

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Rosewood Receptionist (PRN) to join our team at The Groves Rehab and Healthcare Center in Independence, Missouri. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

As a Rosewood Receptionist (PRN), you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, employees, and vendors. You will be responsible for answering the main switchboard, routing telephone calls, and greeting visitors and families. You will also assist with coordinating resident transportation and other administrative tasks.

• Greet visitors, families, employees, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer the main switchboard and route telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with coordinating resident transportation and other administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and perform other administrative tasks as needed

• High School graduate and at least 18 years of age
• 1-2 years of reception experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to present a work history of dependable attendance and timeliness
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive hourly rate of $15 HOURLY
