Cable Dahmer of Buick/GMC Independence is looking for a motivated Lube/Quick Service Technician to join our growing service team.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working with vehicles, and want to build a career in automotive service. While prior experience is a plus, we welcome candidates who are willing to work hard, grow their skills, and take advantage of advancement opportunities.

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repair tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized service bay and follow safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about services performed.
• Track work orders and update service records in our systems.
• Learn and grow into additional responsibilities and advanced technician roles.

• Prior experience in automotive service, lube, or maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and tools helpful.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
