Compensation: $60,000–$85,000 annually, transitioning to full commission after a 90-day guaranteed period

Full-Time | Some Saturday Availability Required

Cable Dahmer is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, organized, and motivated to build a long-term career in automotive service. Prior dealership or service experience is a plus, but candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Greet customers and provide a professional, consultative service experience
• Communicate vehicle service needs and recommendations clearly to customers
• Create and manage service orders, estimates, and work authorizations
• Follow up on customer inquiries, service reminders, and appointments
• Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Build relationships that generate repeat business and customer loyalty
• Work toward and meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or automotive service is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction and career growth
• Valid driver’s license
