OverviewAt Gallagher, we believe in shaping a future defined by excellence. As a Client Service Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way. This role is about making a difference—helping businesses thrive and communities prosper.
How you'll make an impact- Be the go-to person for your clients.
- Lead the renewal process, ensuring tailored solutions are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with the production team to secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth.
- By cultivating relationships with clients and their representatives, you'll enhance Gallagher's value and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Producer's License.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
- Experience in account management or a related field.
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Solid financial acumen.
- A knack for building and maintaining relationships.
- The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
- A proactive approach to managing accounts and solving problems.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
- Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
- Works in a self-directed manner.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
