Chief of Staff to the C-Suite at a PE-backed Data Center Operator focused on hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation development. This executive will work directly with the C-Suite and Sponsor to drive high-priority strategic initiatives and organizational execution. The role will have broad exposure across data center development, GTM strategy, capital allocation, organizational design, and legal, while supporting board and investor engagements and scaling the operating infrastructure needed to scale the business.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience across top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy, with exceptional analytical, financial, communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. Experience in data centers, infrastructure, real estate, technology, or another complex capital-intensive industry is highly preferred.
