We are growing our Design-Build Construction Division and seeking a senior‑level Electrical Project Manager with 10+ years of industry experience, deep design‑build expertise, and established customer relationships. This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, impact, and the opportunity to be highly rewarded for the results they deliver.

• Lead and grow design-build commercial electrical projects from pursuit through closeout
• Leverage existing customer relationships while developing new ones
• Own the estimating process for your projects, backed by a team of expert estimators and designers.
• Drive profitability, quality, and long-term client partnerships
• Lead project teams while reinforcing a safety-first, people-first culture

• 10+ years in the electrical construction industry
• A strong network of existing customer, owner, and GC relationships
• Success delivering and managing $1M+ commercial projects
