Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing)The Gund Company – St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $21-$24 per hour (based on experience)

- You’ll work side‑by‑side with production, sales, and operations to make things happen

- Manage customer orders from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, speed, and satisfaction
- Be the go‑to contact for customer questions, updates, and problem‑solving
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Keep customers informed and build strong, lasting relationships
- Help ensure materials, scheduling, and production needs align with customer demand
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and a natural problem‑solver mindset
- Ability to stay organized and detail‑focused in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfort working with systems (Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM, or similar tools)
- A team‑first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Manufacturing or industrial experience
- Order entry or ERP system experience
- Exposure to technical products or drawings
