We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in customer service and preferably in a maintenance department, dispatch, and follow‑up. Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough follow‑ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
  • Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
  • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
  • Assist residents with day‑to‑day maintenance, repairs, and inquiries
  • Document and report maintenance issues in detail, ensuring accurate information is provided to vendors
  • Dispatch maintenance requests to appropriate vendors and track progress
  • Conduct systematic and routine follow‑ups on open work orders to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform property walk‑throughs to identify maintenance needs and enhance overall property condition
  • Process move‑in check‑in sheets and ensure all necessary repairs are completed before new residents arrive
  • Continuously seek and evaluate potential new vendors to expand our vendor list and improve service quality
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to customer service and company growth
Compensation

$21 hourly
