Job Requirements- 3 year experience as a concierge
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
The Concierge is a vital role at The Fountains. They serve as the welcoming "face" of the community. They act as a vital bridge between residents, families, and staff by managing front desk operations, and addressing inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Core Responsibilities- First Impressions & Communication: Greet visitors, prospective residents, and families warmly. Answer and route phone calls, take accurate messages, and relay community news.
- Resident Assistance: Answer questions. Route residents to appropriate person to help with any questions or concerns. Give instructions to help people navigate the community.
- Concierge Services: Handle mail and package deliveries, manage guest logs, and coordinate visitor sign-ins for community safety.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Assist the sales, dining, and activities teams with tasks such as creating meal tallies, updating resident rosters, and organizing logistics.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a confidant for residents, listening to concerns and ensuring they are quickly resolved by the appropriate department.
