- 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday

As a Concierge, you are the first impression and first contact for residents, family members, and visitors. You will provide extraordinary service, develop meaningful relationships, and support the operation of the community.

• Greet visitors, prospective residents, and families warmly.
• Answer and route phone calls, take accurate messages, and relay community news.
• Assist residents with questions and route them to the appropriate staff member.
• Handle mail and package deliveries, manage guest logs, and coordinate visitor sign‑ins.
• Assist sales, dining, and activities teams with tasks such as creating meal tallies, updating rosters, and organizing logistics.
• Listen to resident concerns and ensure they are resolved promptly by the appropriate department.

• 3 years of experience as a concierge.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills.
• Highly organized.
