Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates during Career Day to discuss roles in consumer lending, customer service, and branch operations
• Explain company services, culture, and advancement opportunities to prospective applicants
• Collect candidate information, resumes, and applications for various branch and corporate roles
• Support event logistics, registration, and flow of attendees throughout the day
• Answer questions about job requirements, training programs, and career paths
• Promote compliance, integrity, and customer-focused values in all candidate interactions
• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to align candidate interests with open roles
• Provide an excellent first impression of the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands
• Assist with scheduling follow-up interviews and next-step communications
• Maintain accurate records of event attendance and candidate engagement
