Benevis Dental is seeking a Dentist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform comprehensive exams, diagnostics, restorative procedures, extractions, and preventive treatments while emphasizing patient education and long-term oral health. You will collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver efficient, compassionate care and exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, diagnostics, restorative, and preventive care
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient education and long-term oral health
• Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals with high clinical quality
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record system
• Uphold strict infection control, safety, and regulatory standards across all aspects of care
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality metrics, and evidence-based best practices
• Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities offered by Benevis Dental
• Support access to care initiatives and community outreach consistent with Benevis Dental's mission
• Engage in regular case reviews and peer collaboration to enhance outcomes and patient satisfaction
