Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am-5:00pm;
Thursday 7:45a-4:45pm.
The Dental Clinical Lead plays a key leadership role within Compass Health Dental clinics, providing day-to-day clinical guidance to dental staff while also offering hands‑on clinical support as needed. This role helps ensure high-quality, compassionate dental care, smooth clinic operations, and a supportive team environment that reflects our commitment to accessible, strengths‑based care. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending clinical expertise with leadership‑supporting dental teams, improving clinic efficiency, and making a meaningful impact on oral health for individuals and families in underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to dental assistants and hygienists
- Support patient care through hands‑on clinical assistance and patient education when needed
- Promote high standards of infection control, safety, and quality across dental operations
- Partner with the dental team to optimize workflows, productivity, and patient experience
- Assist with training, onboarding, and performance support for clinical staff
- Help ensure dental supplies, equipment, and treatment areas are well maintained and ready for care
- Foster a welcoming, respectful environment for patients and team members
High School/GED required
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS- At least two (2) years similar work experience preferred
- A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
- Enjoy leading by example and supporting the growth and confidence of clinical team members
- Are passionate about patient education and helping people feel comfortable and respected during care
