Blue Cross NC is seeking a creative UX Designer to influence health insurance UX and visual design across complex environments. You will partner with stakeholders to prioritize work that delivers value to members, agents, employers, and providers.
You will lead end‑to‑end design processes, create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs, and mentor junior designers. A strong portfolio and experience with Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD, plus usability testing, are highly valued.
