Soliant Schools has partnered with an excellent school district in the Kansas City Areato locate aSchool Psychologist. Thispositionis currently open to onsite candidates seeking full time scheduling. Preferred 2 years experience in educational psychology, but the district is open to new graduates with great internship experience! Candidates must be licensed in Missouri as a School Psychologist. Bilingual(Spanish) skill greatly preferred!

Job Description:

• Full Time- 37.5-40 hrs/week
• Onsite
• Start date ASAP
• Caseload varies- please inquire to make your preference known!
  • PK-5
  • Secondary

Pay: $45-50/hr depending upon experience, skillset

Basic Job Duties:

• Non-traditional Psych role. Mainly direct, collaborative services:
  Oversight of students and consulting with staff/teachers and parents. Helping formulate cohesive plans within staff for students
• Minimal evaluating/testing involved. When needed, IQ Testing for Eligibility & Rating Scales
• Conducts the building multidisciplinary team utilized for referral, evaluation, individual education program development, and program placement for all students qualifying for special education services.
• Assisting students with the development of goals and action plans.
• Researching and implementing intervention programs.
