• Education: Must hold a valid MO teaching certificate or MO substitute teaching certificate.

We are looking for people dedicated to helping students learn in the absence of the classroom teacher for the 2026‑2027 school year.

• Completed 36 college credit hours from a DESE approved college or university and can pass a criminal background screening.
• Must hold a high school diploma and complete a 20‑hour course provided by Frontline Education System and can pass a criminal background screening.

• Regular Teacher Substitute: $130.00 per day
• Regular Long‑Term Teacher Substitute: $160.00 per day (eleven or more consecutive days in the same assignment)
• Retired Teacher Substitute: $145.00 per day (substitute who retired as a certificated teacher)
• Retired Teacher Long‑Term Substitute: $175.00 per day (eleven or more consecutive days in the same assignment)
• Incentive: $130 (ten or more days in a calendar month)
• Regular Para Substitute: $115.00 per day
• Retired Para Substitute: $115.00 per day (substitute who retired as a certificated teacher)
• Incentive: $115 (ten or more days in a calendar month)

• Associate degree preferred.
