About the RoleWe are supporting a major project outside of St. Louis that requires experienced leadership across the full spectrum of project delivery. As part of this effort, we are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale power projects (50 MW and above).
This specific role will be on the Electrical Project Management Team
, which is responsible for the constructability of the electrical infrastructure and systems.

The right candidate has led complex electrical and power programs through construction, startup, commissioning, and turnover
, understands how decisions impact schedule and risk, and can coordinate across owners, utilities, contractors, and vendors.
An Electrical Engineering background is a plus, but real‑world delivery experience is more important than credentials alone
.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale MEP and power infrastructure scopes
- Oversee construction, startup, commissioning, and turnover of major power systems
- Manage interfaces between:
- Utility providers
- EPCs and specialty contractors
- Commissioning agents
- Owner and operations teams
- Drive schedule, cost, quality, and risk management for complex power systems
- Review and challenge designs with constructability, operability, and commissioning in mind
- Act as a senior technical and delivery leader within a broader project team
- 10+ years of project management experience in mission-critical, industrial, or large infrastructure projects
- Direct experience managing 50 MW+ power projects
, such as- Industrial or manufacturing campuses
- Utility or substation programs
- On-site generation or power island projects
- Proven leadership through startup and commissioning
, not just construction - Strong understanding of:
- Medium and high-voltage electrical systems
- Power distribution and redundancy concepts
- MEP coordination on complex sites
- Experience working with owners, utilities, and multi-disciplinary project teams
- Electrical Engineering (EE) degree or equivalent technical background or 20+ years progressive project management experience
- Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or heavy industrial environments
- Familiarity with fast‑tracked or phased delivery programs
- Experience working as an Owner’s Representative or senior delivery lead
- High‑impact project with significant power and infrastructure scope
