Manufacturing Engineer III
The Company
Our client, a manufacturer and leader in their industry, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer III to be based outside of St Louis, MO.

The Opportunity for the Manufacturing Engineer III
The Manufacturing Engineer III will be involved in process development and control, process improvements, cost savings, capacity planning, product development and implementation, program management and lean practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer III
- The Manufacturing Engineer will develop processes and specifications for Manufacturing equipment.
- Accountable for Lean, Continuous Improvements initiates.
- Drive continuous improvements in production through lean practices.
- Justify new equipment.
- The Manufacturing Engineer III will conduct analysis of current process performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop cost justification and monitor quality.
- Implement New Products (NPD).
- Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
Job Requirements for the Manufacturing Engineer III:
- BS in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering desired, equivalent experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of related Manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge/experience with Lean Six Sigma Concepts.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Required.
