Unilever is seeking a Utilities and Facilities Maintenance Leader for a 500,000 sq ft, 24/7 food manufacturing facility. You will manage ammonia refrigeration, boilers, fire safety systems, HVAC, and electrical distribution, coordinating outages with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and safety.
You will implement PSM elements, apply IIAR standards, and lead an energy-management program to reduce energy use year over year. Strong CMMS skills and maintenance leadership are required.
